Over the course of my 25+ year career, I have had the opportunity to be a part of several company leadership teams that undertook a significant transformation to turnaround journey. Each experience was unique in one way or other depending on the company, but what was foundational to each was the leadership team having a shared vision. Without a clear vision, having a multi-year strategy that can be executed on successfully is just not possible. I have created this blog to share my perspectives and experiences on my own journey as a member of several leadership teams and award winning companies that made it happen! I also was a part of some unsuccessful outcomes, but without those, it is much harder to know the big rocks in your way and find creative ways to overcome them and learn from what did not work the first time. Over my career, I have developed some best practice methodologies and tools that I continue to use, as well as leveraging other well known and proven transformation approaches.
