Its very interesting to see different companies with such a varied perspective on how they view a Return to the Office (RTO) following the COVID period that fully disrupted the normal office working model. Lots of articles out there now but this one framed up some of the recent differing approaches by well known companies. Microsoft for example is committed to maintain their hybrid policy, but it is dependent on maintaining what they describe as productivity… Which can vary from manager to manager in some work environments. Bottom line, it looks like there will continue to be some mix of what is required company to company.
