The RTO debate looks to be continued for some time

The topic of Return to Office (RTO) continues to be debated, whether its in the private sector or for agencies and industry companies in the Federal government. Bottom line for a company seems to be more about what they are seeking to impact in the longer term. If it is culturally driven – more specifically, if they feel having everyone in the same space is critical then the pros of RTO would need to outweigh the cons and ultimately any negative impacts would need to be balanced out by the gains they expect to pickup from the mandate. It will be very interesting to see where government agencies and private sector companies across various industries stand on requiring a RTO this time next year.
