For several years now I have had the chance to support customers and projects across HHS. It is helpful to see some clarity from the DOGE team on what their focus will be across HHS. Some key takeaways from the article at the link below:

• Plan is to cut an additional 10,000 FT workers following earlier reductions.
• Streamline number of divisions from 28 to 15… Focusing on redundancy.
• Total size will then be 62,000 from 82,000.
• Realigning with core mission and new priorities.
• Includes centralizing several “core functions,” including IT, policy, procurement and human resources.
