Do you work in a micromanaging environment?

Being detail oriented can be a great trait but at what point does what you do become a version of being a micromanager? I came across the below image on a LinkedIn posting and thought it summarized micromanagement quite well.

Several of these flags are obvious challenges that I see quite often from folks who seem to feel micromanaging is the way to get things done – but the one that stands out the most for me is focusing on the minor details while missing the big picture. This one to me can be the most damaging as so much time is often spent down into the details of one area while so much may be being missed if you just take a step back for a broader view on what it actually not working well.

And a great point is raised by the post author – if everything has to go through you, you are not leading a team, you are running a bottleneck!
